As you have previously provided the Willetton Primary P&C with your email address, we are contacting you with details about our upcoming AGM on Mon Feb 22nd. If you are no longer at the school, or don't wish to receive emails from us, please let us know and we'll remove you from our records.

You'll find below an agenda for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) where we hear a wrap up from the outgoing President, elect new committee members, approve budgets and an auditor. The first general meeting of the year will follow straight on afterwards - a separate agenda will go out for that meeting. We'll only be sending that to last year's members, if you would like to receive a copy and was not a 2020 member, please let us know.

All committee positions will be declared open, anyone can nominate for a position.  If you're currently holding a position and will not be continuing in this role in 2021, please let us know before the meeting. There are details about each position in the attached document at item 6.  

You will need to be a current financial member for 2021, so please print, complete and bring along your membership form with your $1 fee. Form attached to item 6.
